for professional achievement, safety excellence and

Selection Process: Klein Tools administers the selection process for regional and national Electrician
of the Year awards. All decisions regarding the winners will be made by Klein Tools’ team consisting of five members in their sole judgment.

yourself. Nominations are reviewed beginning October 1, 2013 and continue to November 30, 2013.
All nominations must be received by November 30, 2013. Nominations may be made on-line or
by returning this completed form to Klein Tools. Nominations become the sole property of Klein Tools and none will be returned.
