Today we are going to take a look at the very cool and innovative OSRAM SYLVANIA Ultra IQ LED Lamp Family product line.

SYLVANIA ULTRA iQ LED Lamps are wirelessly controlled devices that operate on a Zigbee Home Automation System and utilize a router and a Hub. (Items sold separately)

With these lights you can easily set up a system that can be fully controlled while in the comforts of your bedroom (In case you forgot to turn off the lights while you were downstairs!), while you are away on vacation (leaving the appearance of some one being home) and many other areas that are not within the confines of your house.

 

These lamps have integrated dimmer controls eliminating the need to interface with incandescent dimmer switches.

 

From the app on your phone you will have full control over your lights including changing the color of them.

 

The Ultra IQ LED system is easy just screw in the bulb, configure it to the router and hub, download the app and you are done and ready to control any lamp on the system wirelessly.

 

ULTRA iQ LED Lamps are energy saving replacements for 65W incandescent BR lamps and last 17.5 time longer than their incandescent equivalents. Available in 2700K color temperature, this intelligent lighting lasts 35,000 hours and dims down to 5%. These lamps are ideal for use in general lighting, recessed downlighting, wall washing and track lighting applications. They emit no UV or IR radiation that can cause fading and discoloration of fabric or artwork.
